    Baia Abuladze je mladá gruzínská vinařka, která spolu se svou sestrou Gvancou Abuladze a zbytkem rodiny vyrábí přírodní vína v Obče ve vinařské oblasti Imereti, která se vyznačuje starobylou vinařskou tradicí. Vinařství se zaměřuje na výrobu vín z autochtonní vinné révy tradiční metodou Qvevri, což jsou velké hliněné nádoby zakopané pod zemí.

    Baia's Wine Tsolikouri je oranžové víno, které se vyrábí ze stejnojmenné autochtonní vinné révy. Hrozny pocházející z vinařské oblasti Imereti se nechávají macerovat podle tradiční gruzínské techniky v terakotových amforách zvaných Qvevri po dobu jednoho měsíce s 30 % slupek.

    Výsledné víno má krásnou jantarovou barvu s nádhernými zlatavými odlesky. Aromatický profil je svěží a intenzivní s tóny zeleného jablka, žluté hrušky, švestky a citrusových plodů, po nichž následuje květinová a lískooříšková vůně a nádech medu. V chuti je patrná výrazná kyselinka a pozoruhodná citrusová svěžest s křupavými tóny zeleného jablka, které se jasně vracejí. Víno je lehké a velmi dobře pitelné s příjemným ovocným závěrem. Je vynikající k bílým rybám, čerstvým sýrům nebo k vegetariánským receptům ze Středního východu.
