    Vína Malbec

    Víno Malbec je známé především pro svou bohatou chuť tmavého ovoce a hedvábně jemný charakter, díky němuž se velmi snadno pije. Většina vín Malbec je středně plná se středním obsahem tříslovin, kyselin a alkoholu. Obvykle zrají v dubových sudech, které ke šťavnatým tónům ovoce v podobě švestek, ostružin a černých třešní přidávají lákavé tóny skořice, hřebíčku a pekařského koření.

    Klíčové oblasti vína Malbec

    Nejznámějším světovým výrobcem Malbeсu je Argentina, kde byla tato odrůda poprvé vysazena v roce 1868 francouzským botanikem. Nejvýznamnějším argentinským regionem pro Malbec je Mendoza, kde podmínky ve vysokých nadmořských výškách v údolí Uco a Lujan de Cuyo pomáhají vyrábět elegantní červená vína s bohatou ovocnou chutí. Malbec se pěstuje také ve Francii, kde je jedním z hroznů používaných v červených směsích Bordeaux. Většina francouzských vín Malbec pochází z oblasti Cahors a bývají přísnější, s pikantními a kožnatými tóny.

    Červená vína Malbec jsou výrazná a plná chuti, proto se doporučuje kombinovat je s vydatnými pokrmy. V Argentině je klasickým párováním šťavnatý steak připravený na grilu, ale hodí se také k houbám, hamburgerům a vyzrálým tvrdým sýrům, jako je Pecorino.
