    Tato malá rodinná doména vyrábí senzační Beaujolais na pouhých 11,5 hektarech prvotřídních vinic ve vesnicích Fleurie a Brouilly. Aby získali ty nejlepší suroviny pro svá vína, trvá rodina Dutraive na tradičním způsobu obdělávání vinic bez chemických hnojiv a přípravků na hubení plevele a hrozny sklízí ručně. Ve vinařství enolog Jean-Louis Dutraive používá lehký přístup s omezeným použitím dubových sudů, aby nechal vyniknout lesku místního terroir.

    Nádherné víno Clos de la Grand'Cour se vyrábí z hroznů nejvyšší kvality, které pocházejí z 1,8 hektaru rodinných vinic vysázených v oblasti Fleurie v oblasti "Chapelle de Bois" neboli "Lesní kaple". Zdejší vinná réva je stará 20 až 70 let, což napomáhá výrobě neuvěřitelně koncentrovaných a intenzivních vín.

    Toto bujné a mladistvé víno Fleurie, vhodné k pití mladé nebo v průběhu několika let, se otevírá explozí vůní červených třešní, drcených lesních plodů a sušených bylin. Na patře se projevuje energická svěžest, kterou doplňuje lehké tělo a svěží chuť červeného ovoce. Toto živé víno se skvěle hodí k uzeninám a sýrům a v teplejších letních měsících se může podávat i mírně vychlazené jako aperitiv.
