    Vinařství Louis Bouillot vyrábí šumivá vína Cremant de Bourgogne již od roku 1877 a dnes spojuje své dlouholeté vinařské zkušenosti s nejmodernějšími technologiemi a vinařským know-how a vyrábí tak nádherná vína. Jejich ohromující Perle de Nuit neboli "Perla noci" je jemné Blanc de Noir, které ukazuje všestranný charakter ušlechtilé burgundské odrůdy Pinot Noir a hbitost místní odrůdy Gamay.

    Dům pečlivě vybírá hrozny pro toto víno z nejlepších lokalit v oblastech Yonne, Couchois, Châtillonnais a Côte d'Or. Hrozny se lisují co nejdříve po sběru, aby vznikla světlá šťáva, která se následně fermentuje tradiční metodou používanou i pro šampaňské. Po ukončení druhé fáze kvašení zraje víno celkem 24 měsíců v láhvi, čímž vzniká mnohovrstevnaté a harmonické šumivé víno.

    Perle de Nuit je nádherné šumivé víno, které je elegantní alternativou šampaňského pro oslavy a zvláštní příležitosti. Toto šumivé víno je ideální podávat jako aperitiv, ale je také ideálním doplňkem ke komplexním pokrmům, jako je bohatý tagine, kuře podávané se sušenými meruňkami a kuskusem nebo kořeněná asijská jídla.
