    Domaine Marc Colin et Fils je rodinný podnik a jedno z nejlepších vinařství v Côte de Beaune. Založil ji v 70. letech minulého století Marc Colin, ale jako celek má rodina Colinů stoletou vinařskou historii. Nyní je panství v bezpečných rukou Marcových dětí, Caroline a Damiena.

    Doména sklízí hrozny z 12 hektarů půdy, která se rozkládá na směsi Grand a Premier Crus v Côte de Beaune. "Les Chenevottes" se nachází na úpatí kopce Mont-Rachet. Těží z vynikajícího odvodnění a dlouhých slunečných dnů, což umožňuje révě vytvářet lahodné hrozny s brilantní komplexností.

    Jedná se o charakterní víno, hutné, s intenzivní chutí a plnou mineralitou. Ihned po odklopení objevíte opojný buket žlutých jablek, šťavnatých bílých broskví, citrusové kůry a zelených bylin. S určitým časem zrání ovocné vůně dozrají a mohou se začít objevovat vůně medu. Ovocné tóny pokračují i v chuti, kde objevíte masité tělo vyvážené svěží a živou kyselinkou. Navzdory své rozloze je vinice "Les Chenevottes" trestuhodně nedoceněná a stojí za to ji objevit. Přemýšlejte o kombinaci tohoto vína s chuťově výrazným pokrmem, jako je vepřové maso s jablečnou omáčkou nebo křupavé pečené kuře.
