    Rodina Auvigue, známá již od roku 1629 v Beaujolais a Mâconnais, vyrábí fantastická vína v apelacích Mâcon-Solutré a Pouilly-Fuissé podle tradičních metod burgundského vinařství. Dnes rodinný podnik řídí bratři Jean-Pierre a Michel Auvigueovi, třetí generace vinařů, a hrozny pocházejí z rodinných pozemků o rozloze 6 hektarů, z nichž 2 hektary jsou pěstovány ekologicky. Od roku 1946 sídlí společnost v přestavěném mlýně Moulin du Pont v Charnay-lès-Mâcon.

    Hrozny Chardonnay, pěstované na bahnito-vápenitých půdách, pocházejí z výšin krásného městečka Fuissé. Kvašení probíhá v nerezových tancích při kontrolované teplotě, aby se zachovala svěžest a ovocné tóny odrůdy. Víno se pak nechává zrát na jemných kvasničných kalech až do lahvování.

    Auvigue Macon Fuisse je víno zářivě zlaté barvy, bohaté na minerální vůně a tóny zralého ovoce. Zrání na kvasničných kalech dodává vínu komplexnost a kulatost. Je svěží, hladké a elegantní. Díky svému krémovému charakteru se ideálně hodí k ústřicím, měkkýšům, rybám ochuceným bílými omáčkami, šnekům, pečenému kuřeti nebo krůtě. Podávejte ho vychlazené.
