    Vinařství Les Vins de Vienne se nachází v Chavannay a v roce 2021 oslavilo 25. narozeniny. Založili ho 3 přátelé vinaři ze severní Rhôny (Yves Cuilleron, Pierre Gaillard a François Villard), kteří se v roce 1996 rozhodli vysadit 4 hektary vinic nedaleko arcibiskupského zámku, na svazích vesnice Seyssuel, která se nachází pouhé 2 km severně od Vienne a o níž se říkalo, že její nejlepší vinice, zničené v roce 1883 fyloxérou, se dají přirovnat k těm na Côte Rôtie.

    Taburnum je svěží, chutné, komplexní a velmi elegantní 100% Viognier, který prokazuje veškerý talent tří vinařů v čele společnosti Vins de Vienne.

    Jedná se o velmi aromatické suché bílé víno s pěknou světle žlutou barvou. Na nose je velmi ovocné s lahodnou vůní meruněk a nektarinek a velmi příjemnými květinovými tóny fialek. V chuti je víno svěží a minerální s typickou kulatostí hroznů Viognier z údolí Rhone. Vin de Pays, které připomíná Condrieu: elegantní, příjemné a štíhlé. Vyzkoušejte ho k rybám, mořským plodům a korýšům nebo žabím stehýnkům.
