    Toto okouzlující šumivé víno je jedinečným Crémant de Bourgogne díky jemnému růžovému odstínu, který pochází ze směsi hroznů Pinot Noir, Chardonnay a Gamay. Toto lahodné bublinkové víno, které je ideální k pití jako aperitiv nebo v uvolněném prostředí s přáteli, nabízí atraktivní vůni červeného rybízu, malin a aromatických bílých květů. První doušek odhalí hladkou pěnu, zářivou svěžest a svůdnou chuť zralých červených bobulí, které z něj činí vynikajícího partnera pro sýry, uzeniny nebo lehké saláty.

    Pro vytvoření atraktivního světle růžového odstínu se hrozny pečlivě krátce macerují, aby se ze slupek získalo malé množství barvy. Poté se ovoce lisuje, přičemž se s každou odrůdou pracuje odděleně až do závěrečné fáze míchání. Hroznový mošt pak kvasí tradiční metodou, která je naprosto stejná, jako se používá při výrobě slavnějšího příbuzného Crémant de Bourgogne, šampaňského. Šumivé víno pak zraje 12 měsíců, aby si zachovalo svěžest a zároveň získalo další komplexnost a strukturu.

    Louis Bouillot je jedním z nejlepších výrobců Cremant de Bourgogne a toto elegantní šumivé víno vyrábí již od roku 1877. Dnes se v sídle snoubí dědictví a generace vinařských zkušeností s moderními technikami a vybavením, které umožňují vyrábět úžasné příklady těchto tradičních šumivých vín.
